uh, valentino.. is that you?

I'm obsessed with Valentino's latest Spring/Summer 2010 Couture collection that debuted in Paris. The traditionally feminine, elegant, and awe-inspiring garments craftfully created by this brand has throw fashion enthusiasts and followers for a loop with this sci-fi fantasy collection. The wrapped leggings are reminiscent of a recent Katie Gallagher collection, but the draping is undeniably couture. Valentino, you just blew my fashion mind.

alexander mcqueen watches america's next top model?

That may not entirely be true, but somebody on McQueen's team has been keeping an eye out for the hottest and freshest face  in reality t.v. modeling. Nicole Fox, who won last season's America's Next Top Model reality series will be featured as the face of McQueen's spring/summer 2010 collection. Fox will be the first winner (or contestant) from ANTM to be featured in international campaigns. Below are images of Fox from the series.

3-D ready.

This photo shoot by Baldovino Barani for magazine ARCHETYPE X, Issue #1 features model Yana Pova. The 3-D finishing ties into the current trend for retailing and graphics in 3-D form, which we’ve seen for months in retail stores worldwide. Hopefully you’ve been lucky enough to find a pair of 3-D glasses in a box of kid’s cereal, ‘cause you’re gonna need them to view these styles.
